Aluminum Butterfly Valves
By using an O-ring around the valve, aluminum valves seal oil and vacuum permeability. The aluminum butterfly valve is manufactured by die casting and is available in 3 nominal sizes (DN 76/80/100).

Specifications of aluminum butterfly valve DN 76
The bore circle of the flange is 125 mm.
To achieve flange side sealing with O-Ring, both flange faces are provided with endings (nut) (84 x 5.6 x 3.9).
Specifications of aluminum butterfly valve DN 80
The circle of the flange is 160 mm (as DIN 42560).
To achieve flange side sealing with O-Ring, both flange surfaces are provided with endings.
Current sonum(nut) sizes:
-Nut both sides 89 x 5.6 x 3.9
-Nut both sides 94.2 x 5.6 x 3.9
– O-rings made of HNBR in temperature range -40°C to +150°C
Specifications of aluminum butterfly valve DN 100
The bore circle of the flange is 170 mm. To achieve flange side sealing with the O-ring, both flange faces are provided with endings (nut) (122 x 5.6 x 3.9). Aluminum butterfly valves can be fixed in open and closed position against unauthorized operation.

Connection bolts can be supplied with M16 or UNC 5/8” thread.

The aluminum housing is tested for tightness against transformer oil up to 200 kPa.
