The pressure valve MPRV is flanged to the transformer vessel. If the pressure in the transformer rises above a limit value between 30 kPa and 70 kPa, the valve opens and the pressure is released. After it is released, the lid of the MPRV closes again. The pressure valve MPRV is available in two sizes, MPRV-50 and MPRV-80. The pressure valve is optionally equipped with one or two NO or NC contacts. It also has a visual display.
